IWES LTD
IWES has sustained the reputation as a globally recognized
manufacturer of certified DNV standard 271 and ISO 10855
containerized cargo units as well as the supply of very customized portable offshore units to DNV standard 273. IWES has been supplying specialized solutions in the form of portable offshore and cargo handling units to the offshore oil and gas industry for the past 20 years. Additionally, with expert resources for design engineering, manufacturing, logistics and field services, IWES is fully capable of mobilizing on very short notice, to facilitate most any situations related to cargo unit handling, transport including but not limited to, sea fastening, repair, refurbishment, annual recertification, maintenance, inspections and testing.

Began renting imported offshore containers (“CCUs”)

1st CCU manufactured by IWES LTD

First DVR (design verification report from DNV)
2006
First regional rental (Statoil, Venezuela)
2007
First of forty (40) DNV Type approvals issued to IWES by DNV
2008
Attained certification of IWES ISO 9001 Quality Management System (by DNV)
2009
Supplied Statoil do Brazil with three hundred (300) CCU’s on a 3-year contract
2010
Received SOC (Statement of Compliance) from DNV authorizing IWES to carry our inspection, testing & Recertification of Certified offshore containers (CCUs)
2012
Awarded DNV Manufacturing Survey Arrangement (MSA), permitting IWES to manufacture Certified offshore containers/ Cargo carrying units with minimum DNV presence/ supervision.
2023
Selected as the regional agent for Prior Power UK, offering Carbon/Greenhouse gas reduction solutions (SDG#13 Climate Action & SDG# 17 Global partnerships)
